A call center at your service:

Our in-house call center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and until 5:30 p.m. on Fridays.

At every stage of your project, and whenever necessary, your sales representative will visit you or respond to your requests to :

• carry out a diagnosis, take measurements and carry out a personalized study of your project.
• produce prototypes if necessary, subject to your approval.
• perform bench tests in our R&D (Research & Development) laboratory.
• follow the installation of your system in conjunction with the Provost installation coordinator.

To save you time unpacking, arranging, assembling, installing and securing, our assembly service is available anywhere in France.

Our team of Installation Managers coordinates delivery and assists you with the preparatory and administrative phases of your project (drafting of PPSPS, etc.)

State-of-the-art assembly

All our installation partners are committed to Provost, and sign a charter to ensure quality of service that meets your requirements in terms of safety and workmanship.

Our teams make appointments to be present as soon as your products are delivered, install them, manage the packaging and leave your site clean.
