Pallet rack
At Provost, we specialize in the design and manufacture of pallet racks for pallet storage. We offer customized pallet racking solutions for the storage of your items, parcels and raw materials, based on an in-depth and above all personalized study of the loads, number, format, rotation and nature of the products to be stored.
Our pallet racking systems are designed to offer maximum load capacity, durability and flexibility, ensuring a profitable investment for our customers. Our solutions include the Propal 3 pallet racking system, designed to optimize overhead storage and accommodate both light and heavy loads. Our accumulation, carrier-pushback, high-density shuttle and dynamic storage systems (Lifo or Fifo) ensure optimum space management.
Propal 3: our pallet storage solution
The Propal 3 pallet racking system has been designed and tested in accordance with current European standards (EN15512 and EN15620), and enables all warehouse heights to be used in complete safety. Offered in 10 depths and 28 heights, the Propal 3 can accommodate light and heavy loads (up to 18 tons per ladder), and optimizes storage at height (deposit level up to 10 meters). Featuring a 50 mm pitch, reversible uprights and longitudinal members, 6 types of ladder (3 to 18 tons) in bolted or disassembled versions, and 11 types of longitudinal members, this pallet racking system offers greater adaptability to the loads to be stored.

Made up of ladders and side rails, the classic version of the Propal 3 rack can be offered in 2 different layouts:
- Single-entry racking: racks are generally placed against walls;
- Double-entry racking: consisting of 2 units placed back-to-back and connected by spacer bars. Access to the racking is from both sides.
The Propal 3 can also be fitted with systems to optimize pallet storage and handling:
- In accumulation storage, this industrial racking system enables the storage of very large quantities of pallets with a limited number of part numbers.
- In the carrier-pushback version, this metal system enables 2 to 6 pallets per level to be stored by accumulation, deposited on pushback carts.
- High-density storage with pallet shuttle: this solution optimizes loading and unloading without the need for the forklift operator to enter the system.
In its dynamic version (LIFO - last-in First-out or FIFO First-in First-out), dynamic gravity racking is suitable for regularly rotating, high-volume goods with a low number of part numbers. It saves space by eliminating aisles, thus concentrating the volume of items stored.

"In our 19,000 m2 warehouse in Bully-les-Mines (62), we opened our first production line. Naturally, when it came to choosing a partner to equip our in-house laboratory, our maintenance workshop and the logistics unit, we favored short-distance purchasing by calling on a local manufacturer, which is how we came to meet Provost. The Origine France Garantie label for our PROPAL3, PROSPACE + and PRORACK + shelving, manufactured just a few kilometers from the site, was a decisive criterion for the logistics manager, who wanted to work with a direct, short-distance manufacturer.
A 3,000 m2 racking cell was installed , along with equipment for the workshop and laboratory. The shelving assembly service was entrusted to a team located in the area close to the site.

In 2013, Kilian O'Neill and Geoffroy Blondel de Joigny created their own brand of ecological diapers, Tidoo, aimed at the organic retail market. 7 years later, in 2020, boosted by the success of the Tidoo brand and the creation of new brands, the Naturopera group was born.
The group's ambition is clear: to design healthy, safe products that preserve resources, protect the planet and benefit mankind. In 2022, Naturopera reached a milestone by choosing to control its production.
In Pas-de-Calais, the group set up its own factory for ecological diapers, 100% made in France - a first in France for 30 years.
