The Protub created by Claude Provost is a sturdy, easy-to-assemble modular shelving system without screws or bolts, which was invented in 1964 and is still very popular after more than 50 years. Thanks to its rapid assembly process, one man can assemble up to 25 linear meters of Protub shelving in just 15 minutes. The Protub offers many advantages in terms of practicality and durability, and its structure can support from 150 to 300 kg per level.

The Prospace+ is a scalable shelving solution featuring uprights with 40 mm pitch perforations on the inside. Available in several sizes, painted or galvanized versions, and with tubular or sheet metal shelves, the Prospace+ is ideal for storing all parts and light goods in the workshop. Its robust design enables it to withstand loads of up to 250 kg per level.

The Prorack+ industrial storage rack is a modular shelving solution ideal for storing goods, cartons or heavy parts in a variety of industries. Its shelves can be hooked onto the longitudinal members by means of a claw system for easy subsequent movement, and can be adjusted in 50 mm increments. Easy to assemble and dismantle, it can support up to 5 tons per ladder and reach heights of up to 6 meters.

The Propal 3 pallet rack is the ideal storage solution for heavy loads, especially pallets, with up to 6 tons per level and a capacity of 18 tons per ladder. Designed to meet the highest standards of robustness, reliability and safety, it features a claw that wraps around the upright for optimum load distribution, safety wedges to prevent the longitudinal members from unhooking, and perforated uprights with a 50 mm pitch for precise shelf adjustment. The Propal 3 also adapts to all pallet storage methods: accumulation storage with my FIFO and LIFO methods, dynamic gravity storage, shuttle storage, etc.

Anios Laboratories specialize in the design, manufacture and marketing of hygiene and disinfection products.

- Fit out a 4,340 m2 cell in the warehouse to store 5,000 pallets of hygiene products prior to shipment.
- Consider a complementary solution to the facility's sprinkler system to contain smoke in the event of a fire starting in one of the cells.

Multiple services for a turnkey project
To meet Anios' requirements, we fitted out their warehouse with a 9.60 m high Propal 3 double-sided pallet racking system.
The entire installation is secured and sprinklered to guarantee the integrity of people and goods.

It'sour ability to design a whole range of tailor-made fittings, far more specific than the initial shelving requirements.
